A new resident at The Storey Creative Industries, I look forward to developing creativity and well being projects and exploring collaborations to engage Lancaster’s community.

I am a dance artist and creative play practitioner. I have facilitated all kinds of creative dance and play projects in the UK, with a history of over 15 years for a variety of companies.  I work within education, health and community settings with adults, families, children and one to one work. My practice is inclusive, working with people of all ages and quirks and founded on how embracing play, body and creativity allow us to be healthier and happier!

I continue to deliver work for Ludus Dance, Curious Minds and The Royal Ballet School (Partnership and Access team) across the North West. I write for Dimensions Creative Curriculum and periodically write for national early years magazine Nursery World regarding physical development, dance and creativity. I have completed my first year of the UK’s only MA in Dance and Somatic Well Being at UCLAN. I would welcome any enquiries regarding research or projects that encompass creativity, well-being and our bodies within education, health or community settings. Got an idea? Let’s play with it!
