Platform closure

With the continued uncertainty around the viability and safety of holding indoor live performances, the decision has been made to extend the closure of the Platform until 31 March 2021.   The venue will continue as the distribution centre for Morecambe Bay Foodbank during this time.   This decision allows Lancaster City Council to continue our work ensuring that the needs of the district’s most vulnerable residents can be met through the coronavirus pandemic and recovery.   Any events that were due to take place before April 2021 have now been rescheduled/cancelled with full refunds or vouchers available to ticket holders. If you need to claim a refund or voucher for the same amount, please contact the box office on 01524 582803. Phone lines will be open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 10am-4pm.   Should Government guidelines allow, the Platform team look forward to welcoming audiences back to the venue from April 2021 onwards. Please check our what's on page to keep an eye out for your favourite artists coming up next year.
