Jez Mort Jez describes himself as - 'a silly man who uses a 1980's keyboard and drum machine to accompany frivolous poems' - though his appearances at Spotlight have always shown his poems to be anything but 'frivolous'. Paul Pavli Originally from London Paul now lives in Lancaster and is 'working on what was a semi autobiographical piece that has now grown to a coming of age novel.' Thomas Jennings Thomas is a Lancaster Uni student who first came to Spotlight's attention through our 'Listening To Youth' project in 2014 with his witty and erudite prose. Plus Music: Mollie Baxter Over the years Mollie has appeared at Spotlight performing in every genre from poetry to prose, comedy to drama; she has compered the event and on occasion stood in as door person, event coordinator, workshop facilitator and all round good egg. Tonight she puts on her singer/songwriter hat for what is sure to be a feast of good music and thoughtful lyrics.
