Start Date: 05 April 2017
Satnam is preparing an outline planning application for a residential development on land at New Quay Road and we want to know what you think.
The proposals will deliver up to 250 homes, bringing much-needed high-quality andaffordable homes to the area. The site would be the last to be brought forward for development in this part of the city, and will help to protect other open green belt areas of land around Lancaster.
Our vision includes open-market,retirement, and affordable housing, as well as self-build plots, along with areas of public open space and footpath routes. The proposals will protect the adjacent woodland and the footpaths which cross the site.
Initial proposals will be on display in theMusic Room at The Storey, Meeting House Lane, Lancaster LA1 1TH between noon and 6.45pm on Wednesday 5 April.
Feedback forms will be provided at the event so you can tell us what you think about the proposals, as well as make additional suggestions for thedevelopment. Members of the project team will be on hand to answer questions about the scheme, so do come along to meet us.
If you are unable to attend, the proposals will also be on display from 10am the morning after the public consultation at www.resultscommunications.co.uk and can be printed or saved.
Anyone unable to attend or requiring further information can call 01434 689415between 9am and 5pm* Monday to Friday. (*Calls may be diverted to voicemail so please leave a message.)
