Events Booking

The Storey facilitates both public and private bookings, and whether it be a social or business event, your every need can be catered for. Facilities include The Music Room, Lecture Theatre, an Auditorium and various meeting rooms, each of which are available at reasonable rates. Furthermore, with internal catering available through NICE Bar & Restaurant, there’s a choice menu for any type of event.

Auditorium

The Auditorium is a purpose-designed area that can be used as either black space for many different types of events. Be it Presentations, Fashion Shows, Open Microphone events, the choice is yours!

Constructed using state of the art technology for audio and visual presentations, the room is particularly useful for events where the spoken word is of importance, the acoustics having been specifically engineered to this end.

The lighting system we have, is capable of creating an infinite number of different environments including, cabaret, theatre, or standing.

Lecture Theatre

Our 75 seated lecture theatre provides a range of comprehensive audio visual equipment to enhance your presentations, and can be completely blacked out if required, to improve viewing of the media being used. It also has extremely good acoustics to further improve the experience and engagement with your audience.

Music Room

The music room is a fantastic space using the original architectural features of what is landmark building, creating a bright, relaxing atmosphere that will enhance your event be it a conference or indeed a wedding.

Originally part of the city art gallery, the room still retains the grandeur and impact of the past.

Meeting Room

We have small and large meeting areas, for providing basic facilities. Our smaller meeting rooms can accommodate from 4 - 18 people, where our larger spaces can accommodate between 40 and 60 delegates.
